Senior Product Engineer, Agents
Build the agents that handle guest messages, cleaner scheduling and finance reconciliation — inside policies operators define.

About the role
You’ll own end-to-end agent capabilities: from the model, to the policy gate, to the UI operators use to review what happened. This is product engineering — you’ll be close to customers, decisions and code.
What you’ll do
- Design and ship agent features across guest comms, field ops and finance
- Own the loop from model output → policy gate → operator oversight
- Work directly with operators in onboarding and exception triage
- Contribute to evaluation infrastructure so we ship safer agents faster
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years building product-facing features in TypeScript + React
- Comfort working with LLM APIs, tool-use and structured outputs
- Judgement about when to hand off to a human vs. automate
- Taste — you care how something feels, not just whether it works
