Shape the look, feel and ergonomics of the operator console, guest portal and marketing surfaces. Design and ship, both.

About the role
You sit between design and engineering and move between them fluently. You care about spacing, about motion, about the exact wording of a policy screen — and you ship production code.
What you’ll do
- Own the design system and its evolution across product and marketing
- Prototype and ship end-to-end features with founders and engineers
- Define interaction patterns for agent oversight, policies and audit log
- Keep the bar for craft — spacing, type, motion — across every surface
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of design + frontend work in shipped product
- Fluent in React, Tailwind, modern CSS; strong in Figma
- Portfolio that shows interaction, not just static screens
- Opinions about typography, motion and ergonomics
